At Meridian, we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions, provided the vendor is willing to go through a simple registration process. We do have a list of recommended vendors that you are welcome to choose from but we do not require you to use anyone on that list. If you are planning on having alcohol and if you have more than 50 guests, then you are required to use our preferred bartender. Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you all our ballrooms and discuss the details of your event.  You may fill in the simple inquiry form or call us at 336-218-6470 to schedule the tour. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place in the rooms that you would like to see. We typically schedule tours from 9:30 am-4:30 pm during the week; Saturdays we can schedule from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Saturdays are ususlly the best days for tours when you can see the ballrooms staged with decors for the events that would take place on Saturdays.

Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. For specific information, please call (336) 218-6470 directly. If you are booking within 45 days  of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.

We are located a block from I-40 and  have nearly four acres of Parking and it is FREE. Our online brochure shows the Parking areas. We have spillover parking and street parking (Village Green) availabe for additional parking. 

It is currently not pssible to book online. 

We encourage you to come in and tour our facility to understand the different options available to host your event in the most efficient manner at the right cost. Here are some of the reasons why our clients loved to come in and visit with us: 

  1. We have a variety of ballrooms available each featuring unique ambiance and character. There is usually more than one option avaiable to host your event depending on your needs. Please browse our online brochure to learn more. 
  2. We offer a variety of services such as set up & tear down and decorations. Please visit the photo gallery on our website to learn more. 
  3. We offer party rentals of special chairs, linens, tableware, napkins etc. Please visit our rentals section on our website to learn more. 

We take pride in working with our clients to achieve the best outcome on your events and help your dream come true on your special day(s). 

There are multiple ways to pay: 

  • You may PAY securely using paypal online ro
  • You may pay at our office using card or check
  • We could send in a 'Money Request' through paypal that can be processed online securely

We DO NOT accept CASH at our office. 

Yes, we do. Please check our RENTALS section on our website, which is currently being updated with our Inventory. We have special discounts available for events taking place at Meridian. 

Yes, we do. We offer full decoration services which includes on-stage and off-stage decorations. If you have a dream, please bring it to us, we will help make it a reality. 

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm. On Saturdays we are open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. We answer calls 24hrs x 7 days a week. Please call us anytime 365 days a year to help with your events.
