You can accommodate from 10 members to 1000 members based on which ballroom you are choosing. We do have 6 ballrooms available in our venue. The Grand Barcelona Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 600 in Banquet seating, theatre style 1000 members
Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you all our ballrooms and discuss the details of your event. You may fill in the simple inquiry form or call us at 336-218-6470 to schedule the tour. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place in the rooms that you would like to see. We typically schedule tours from 9:30 am-4:30 pm during the week; Saturdays we can schedule from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Saturdays are ususlly the best days for tours when you can see the ballrooms staged with decors for the events that would take place on Saturdays.
At Meridian, we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions, provided the vendor is willing to go through a simple registration process. We do have a list of recommended vendors that you are welcome to choose from but we do not require you to use anyone on that list. If you are planning on having alcohol and if you have more than 50 guests, then you are required to use our preferred bartender. We are located a block from I-40 and have nearly four acres of Parking and it is FREE. Our online brochure shows the Parking areas. We have spillover parking and street parking (Village Green) availabe for additional parking.

Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. For specific information, please call (336) 218-6470 directly. If you are booking within 45 days of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Mode of Payment: Meridian prefers to receive payment by ZELLE to Jawa@MeridianConvention.com or Cash app to $MeridianConvention or you can drop your check or money order or cashier's check in person at Meridian Office.
We need 50% of rental prices at the time of contract. Our contracts come with a free reschedule for up to one year from the date of the event, in case of a pandemic. Otherwise, we can help reschedule your event at 50% charge of room rental but offer no refunds against cancellation.
Since you are a repeat customer, we will reduce the below price by $100. :)
